A contingent worker is a worker who does not have a direct employment relationship with your
enterprise and is typically a self-employed individual or an agency supplied worker. You can
enter personal information for contingent workers using the People page or the People
Management templates.

1. Begin by navigating to the Find Person page.

5. Click the Enter and Maintain link.
6. The Find Person page enables you to create a new person record, and search for
the person you want based on specified search criteria.
7. Click the New button.

8. The People page enables you to enter and maintain basic personal information
for all person types, including employees and contingent workers.

9. Click in the Name: Last field.
10. Enter the desired information into the Name: Last field. Enter "Thomas".
11. Click in the Name: First field.
12. Enter the desired information into the Name: First field. Enter "Alicia".
13. Click in the Name: Title field.
14. Enter the desired information into the Name: Title field. Enter "Ms.".
15. Click the Action list.

20. Enter the desired information into the Social Security field. Enter "721-18-
2010".
21. Click in the Birth Date field.
