Good Morning everyone, today I Krishnav Gupta on the

behalf of my fellow interns will be sharing our experience and


knowledge gained at our internship at Jai Bhole Steel Tubes
Pvt Ltd. A company engaged in manufacturing CR and HROP
steel strips which are used for manufacturing in automobile,
bicycle, umbrella and other general engineering industries.
The objectives of the internship included gaining practical
industry experience, understanding the steel manufacturing
process, and contributing to real-world projects. On the very
first day we were given an overview of the enterprise. We
met their official, Mr AK SINGH who gave us the basic
information about the Steel processing machinery which they
operated. We saw various processes like slitting, pickling,
annealing and skin passing. We also came to know the
importance of hydrochloric acid in the industry. On the
second day of our internship we were introduced to the
marketing managers Mr Manish Arora and Mr Vijay Sharma.
We came to know about the various tactics of running a
business. We came to know that with new and experienced
employees new customers can be attracted and new field of
knowledge can be derived. In today’s world business
Enterprises must pay special emphasis on customer
delightfulness rather than customer satisfaction. This
involves Delivery on time, Compatible prices, Better quality
and special offers than the competitors in the market. On the
third day we went to Different departments like Storage,
Human Resource and billing.
At the storage department we got to know under the
guidance of Mr Saini that Storage provides all the
equipments for the Machines for example screws, nut bolts
and many more. When labour feels like any part of the
machine has to be replaced and needs to be changed they
contact their HOD and he conveys it to the storage. All the
record of the machines bought, any purchase of any
equipment required in machinery, LPG used in the plant and
the cloth use to pack Steel all these records are maintained
by the storage department. Moving on to the Human
resource department led by Mr Manoj Kumar, We learned
allot about how employees are managed at a large scale. To
ensure the operations during employee leaves Jai Bhole Steel
tubes maintain the standby workforce of around 20
employees. This allows them to effectively manage planned
or unplanned absence of their workforce. The company
offers a comprehensive benefits package to its workforce
including Employee Provident Fund, Health Insurance, Annual
sick leaves and many more.. Now i would like to handover
the presentation to my fellow intern Ms Ananya Jain. Thank
