INSTRUCTOR
WORK PROGRAM
Students completing the whole training course with 4
Aviators and have showed a good personality will be
offered an opportunity of a 18 month renewable
employment contract as an Instructor. This program will
enable the student to build his hours after completing
Commercial Pilots License at 4 Aviators and at the same
time earn an income.

REQUIREMENTS
AND EXPECTATIONS

This program will

require the student
to enrol for the
Instructors course at
4 Aviators.

The employment
contract will only be
implemented once the
student have completed
the Instructors course
and passed the
Examination flight and
ground evaluation with
a Designated Flight
Examiner.

Instructors employed at
4 Aviators can expect to
fly between 50 and 85
Hours per month.
