About the project
The ACRO-INCLUSION is a mobility of youth workers project that aims
to develop new pedagogical competencies blended with feats for 27
youth workers from nine organizations active in youth work. The project
promotes inclusive youth work through the integration of circus
pedagogy and creative physical activities as an alternative youth work
tool that transcends social and cultural barriers. The objectives of the
project include providing opportunities for the exchange of good
practices on inclusion and diversity, empowering young people to
participate actively in their learning process, and fostering the
development of creativity among youth workers in acrobatic
education. The project's partners aim to promote European values of
tolerance and multiculturalism while strengthening social connections
and promoting the inclusion of young people in society. The primary

TO DO LIST & REQUIREMENTS
Our program follows the basic steps of the learning cycle, guiding participants from experiential learning to reflection, conceptualization,
and practical application. We prioritize participatory approaches, utilizing various methodologies such as lectures, discussions, group
work, demonstrations, and simulations. We use non-formal learning methods to provide hands- on experience in the educational value
of these simulations. The program is divided into three main components: teachings about creative physical activities, intercultural
exchanges, and reflection on youth work's impact on target groups and project development. Participants learn the basics of creative
physical activities through a learning-by-doing approach, where trainers demonstrate exercises and methodologies step-by- step, and
participants practice and gain skills through exercises and practical case studies. This includes designing and leading workshops and
creating a short show for a public event. Our methodology follows non-formal education principles such as shared responsibility and
learner-centricity. The intercultural exchange element emphasizes peer learning, encouraging participants to learn from and with each
other. The reflection on youth work's objectives and impact is based on the principle of self-determination and process-oriented
learning. We encourage participants to develop common interests and plan future mobility projects. Our goal is for participants to gain
a better understanding of the benefits and challenges of such activities and to be able to transmit non- formal education principles in
their work.
