"New Entrepreneurs in Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Through Empowerment of Young People" (N.E.E.T Project) is an
Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project funded with the referance number 2023-1-MT01-KA152-YOU-000148296 by Malta
National Agency. The project will be implemented in Karaman, Türkiye between the dates of 1-11st of March 2024.
(The arrival of the project is 1st of March and the departure of the project is 11st of March 2024).

Aim:
including NEETs (Youth not in employment, education or training) in the entrepreneurship ecosystem by
increasing their entrepreneurship skills through the empowerment of young people.

Objectives:
able to create an entrepreneurial culture among graduates and/or unemployed youth
encourage young people on entrepreneurship and prevent unemployment
develop knowledge, skills and behaviors related to entrepreneurship in a positive way with workshops included
in the project activities
contribute positively to the learning processes of young people by experiencing the basic concepts of
entrepreneurship through interactive workshops,

Each partner organization will be represented during the youth exchange project by 5 participants (between
the age of 18-25) and 1 leader (no age limit), total 6 young people. The partner organization should take into
consideration the gender equality and involved minimum 3 young people with fewer opportunities
(economical, geaographical, social & cultural etc..). We recommended team leader profile who has experience
in youth work, non-formal education, managing groups, participated international project and familiar with
project cycle management and its fundamental features.

highly motivated young people who are interested in entrepreneurship
willing to learn and share knowledge
committed to attend for the full duration of the mobility
opened to get involved in the dissemination activities.
Preparation of Participants Before the Project Activities
Sending Organization:

Help your participants to fulfill the "Participant form" and sent it to us before 10/02/2024.
Help to participant for their travel, visa and health & travel insurance arrangement
Organize info-session to participants about the project and prepare them for the all duration of the project
Help your participants to fulfill the "Travel Arragement Form" and sent it to us before 15/02/2024.
Participants:
Presentation about country and cultures for Cultural Night. (please dont forget to bring national FLAG, national
food, drinks, costums, prepare dance, music etc.)
Presentation about sending organization and bring promotional materials for NGO Fair
Presentation about National Funding Sources for Entrepreneurship
Prepare minimum one energizers, short team building games
Make sure you have health insurance (European health card or other) and travel insurance
If you have the option, bring a laptop or tablet to work during the activity, it will be useful

Cultural Nights

We will give a space to present your country, culture, people, traditional dance & music, traditional costum &
clothes, food, drinks and more.. We are planning to organize the cultural nights for 2 countries per day.

All the teams must prepare some presentation of your country in a creative way (try to avoid PowerPoint
and movies from tourist agencies. PowerPoints or videos are really not recommended.)
We hope that your culture means you something more than national food and drinks :)
Please dont forget to bring your national flag.
Be creative.
Find something interesting way to present.
We invite you to prepare some games, dances, songs... but better if it is something interactive and funny.

We are planning to organize cultural event in the local University with the guests / audience
more than project participants.
We will give a space to present your country, culture, people, traditional dance & music,
traditional costum & clothes, food, drinks (no alcohol) and more..
Please support your team for this stage show. The participants are part of organizers for the
Cultural Event.

Accommodation and Food
The place for accommodation will be in Demosan Hotel in
the Karaman city center.

Rooms are arranged for 2 people will stay in the same
room with same gender.
The meal will be given 3 times per day (breakfast, lunch
and dinner) and will be typical Turkish cuisine at the
hotel.
On the arrival day it is included just the dinner and on the
departure day it is included only breakfast.
Accommodations, foods, cafe breaks and project activities
will be covered %100 by project budget.

The hotel management is requiring ALCOHOL-FREE accommodation.


Please, help us to have a problem-free accommodation during the project.

The closest airport is Konya Airport (KYA). You can also take into consideration the high-speed train and bus
option as well. The train station is Karaman, the bus station is Karaman.

Before to buy your tickets, please share travel plan with the project coordinator and wait for
confirmation.
All participants must arrive at Karaman NO LATER than the 1st of March (18:00 PM) and leave NO
SOONER than the 11st of March (09:00 AM).
How to reach the project place? 10
By Plane (Last stop Konya Airport)
Please fill travel arragement form to organize airport transportation for you.
If you fly to Konya Airport, please ask us for transportation from the airport to the hotel in
Karaman. It cost around 10 euros each way, per person.
Transportation company will pick you up from Konya Airport. They will show you project name
card.

By Train (Last stop Karaman Train Station)


Please fill travel arragement form to organize for you.
We will guide you to reach the hotel.

Reimbursement Conditions 11
Please note that only economy class tickets, local transportations can be reimburse you. (no taxi, no private car,
no private bus, no business class etc.)

Provide original invoices, original tickets, electronic tickets with the price, currency, invoice date, name and
surname of the passenger, travel route.
Provide original boarding passes. If you make it online check-in, its acceptable to provide online boarding
passes.
There is no reimbursement for visa expenses.

After to collect all needed travel documents for coming and back from you, we will transfer your
reimbursement to only one bank account for each project team to reduce transaction cost, so until
we have all the documents from the whole your national group we will not be able to reimburse.
Reimbursement timing is depending on how you fast provide all needed travel documents for
coming and back to us.
The project will start on 1st of March with dinner and will end on 11st of March with breakfast.
The project doesn't cover accommodation, food and other expenses out of those dates.

Minimum one (1) story or post during project activities in social medias, networks of each participants
Minimum three (3) story or post during project activities for each project social medias
One (1) project video created by the participants and share it social medias after the project
Implementing workshop with local young people during project implementation
Local visits with project participants during project implementation
Organizing "Dissemination Event" after the project activities (deadline: 31/03/2024)
Sharing outputs of the project in web-site, social media of the each sending organization and participants

Please provide us links by "Dissemination Form" no later than 31/03/2024. We will sent you
the form after project implementation.
