• Loctite 243 55 07 038
• Torque wrench e.g. 34 24 561
• 2 x Allen key 13 mm

Safety Information 1.1

CAUTION

¹ When working on the SIREMOBIL Iso-C/Compact/L dis-

connect the power plug. After completing all work and
attaching all covering, perform the protective ground
wire test in accordance with ARTD-002.731.17. The pro-
tective ground wire resistance must not exceed 0.2
Ohm.

NOTE Lifting the monitor trolley requires two persons for a short
time.

• Switch off the system.

• Activate the brakes of the monitor trolley.
• Lift the monitor trolley slightly and set it down on the wooden block.
• Remove the axle (1/Fig. 1 / p. 6).
• Remove the lateral covering from the castor (2/Fig. 1 / p. 6).
• Unscrew the castor mount (3/Fig. 1 / p. 6).
• Install the new castor mount with the screw and washer supplied. Insert the screw using
Loctite 243 and a torque of 49.8 Nm.

NOTE In the washer is a milled recess. Place the washer with the
recess pointing towards the castor mount.

• Attach the cable deflectors to the castor covering (4/Fig. 1 / p. 6).

• Attach the castor covering.
• Install the new castor and attach the axle caps to the sides.
• Lift the monitor trolley and remove the wooden block.
• Check to ensure that the cable deflectors are about 3 mm above the floor and correct if
necessary.

• Push the monitor trolley, noting the running noise and making sure that it moves in a
straight line.
