Stress and overthinking-: I tend to overthink a lot. Even at normal times, not particularly chaotic
times, I know when I’m stressed—my shoulders tense up I have spent a lot of time thinking what
others think of me and how I might have done something that can ruin any potential relationship I
have with someone which creates a lot of stress and sometimes it hard to concentrate on daily tasks.
I can get intensively involved while taking care of someone and even at minor inconvenience either
my fault or not I overthink and blame myself, somewhere which works as distress and effect my
work.

I am a very empathetic and passionate individual, and it is true when said you can’t make everyone
happy at the same time, it is always hard for me to say no even when it come to my benefits because
if I ever refuse to help someone the unnecessary thoughts start churning in my head.

I have tried to manage my stress and from past 1 year it’s have been better but still sometimes it
gets hard to control and I would still like to work on managing stress.

ANALYSIS-:
Stressful situations can test our strength, for sure. Whatever you're facing, it can help to think
through the situation, accept the emotions you feel, and keep a positive attitude. Caring for myself,
taking breaks, talking with your closed ones help get you a new perspective on what is important in
life. In fact, spending a lot of time with myself really helped me get a new insight on important parts
if life. Apart from that engaging in yourself in activities take your mind of things which helps in not
overthinking. Journal writing also helped me focusing on good things and helped me not dwelling on
the negatives aspects of life. I felt that performing us of all the activities journal writing was the most
relaxing thing I did because it helped me accept things which were out of my control, helped me
acknowledge it and gave me different ideas how to deal with them.
