Keep a tray to accumulate spilled oil.

4 Checking of coupling & spider condition. 1. Injury to the hands of the worker 1. Use of Safety helmet & shoes & gloves.
Replace if any damaged part is found.

5 Assembling the dismantled components. 1. Slipping of spanner & tools and causing 1. Choose right size of spanner/tools

6 Return PTW 1. Human injury and machine damage due 1. Ensure Area is cleaned and removed all tools
