I, Leonardo Jr. A. Bocobo, am writing this letter to inform you that I will not
be able to attend the distribution of allowances scheduled for April 5, 2024, due to
my commitments as a teacher at Lady Mulawin Academy Inc. However, I would like
to authorize Sir Jayfee Buenavente to represent me and collect my allowance on my
behalf.
I would like to express my gratitude to TESDA for your understanding in
accommodating this arrangement. Please consider this letter as my formal
authorization for Sir Jayfee to act on my behalf regarding the collection of my
