• Working on SAP system for creation of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Invoice Creation, MIGO MIRO etc.
• Handling operational & administrative functions entailing events, conferences and cultural programs.
• Arranging conferences, seminars, parties and annual get together.
• Managing complete facilities, infrastructure set up, lease renewal and finalization of lease for new office premises.
• Inviting quotations from different vendors, comparing the quotes based on cost and quality and making agreements as
per the company procedures.
• Developing and devising cost-effective sources, commercial negotiations and price fixation, component development,
supply compliance and contracts management.
