Discussion The discussion started by Hozan she said we have to
choose everyone according to their talents and what they
are good at. Firstly Hozan said she is good at
communication and they all agreed to give her Customer
Service role to talk with customer and know their
problems. Then Saman said Erivan is good for the
accounting department because she is trustworthy
person and good at accounting. And then Asma said
Zhya is good for Marketing and sales department
because she has the skill to persuade others and
convince them. And Erivan said that Asma is good at
designing and she can generate great designs and she the
best person for this job.
Conclusion The team reached a consensus to assign roles according to
individual talents and strengths. Hozan will handle Customer
Service, Erivan will manage the accounting department, Asma
will focus on design, and Zhya will lead the Marketing and
Sales efforts. By leveraging each member's unique skills, the
team aims to optimize performance and achieve success in
their respective roles.
