1 สัปดาหกอนมีไขตํ่าๆ คัดจมูกมีนาํ้ มูก ซื้อยาแกไขหวัดมากิน อาการดีขึ้น
4 วันกอนมาโรงพยาบาล เริ่มรูสึกเหนื่อยเพลีย สังเกตวาปสสาวะสีเขมขึน้ จึงมาโรงพยาบาล
PE: BT 37oC, PR 100/min, RR 18/min, BP 120/80 mmHg
Moderately pale conjunctiva, mild icteric sclera
Spleen: 2 cm below left costal margin
CBC: Hb 7 g/dL, Hct 22%, MCV 85 fL, MCHC 36 g/dL, RDW 20%
WBC 9,800 cells/mm 3 (N 65, L 35 %), Plt 230,000/mm3.
