Each team will be composed of minimum of nine (9) and a maximum of 12 players.
There will be three (3) rego and each rego will have three (3) players and one (1) reserve
player.
Players name will be set according to their designated rego:

There will be one rego that will be composed of three (3) players and two (2) reserve
players.
No changes in names will be made however changes to players’ position in the designated
rego will be allowed.
The playing team will wear proper sports attire and their councils’ designated color.
II. Coach/officiating
Each council will submit their official players to the tournament manager
Deadline for the submission of offical list of players will be on March 17, 2023.
There will be thirty (30) minutes mandatory warm up to players prior to the start of the official
game to prevent injury and other serious problems.
Coaches will be given one (1) timeout per set and two subtitution per set.
The coach and assistant coach is solely allowed to protest or contest a decision.
