Narrative Report
BIBLE MONTH CELEBRATION

The Department of Education celebrates the National Bible month this month of
January 2022. The Philippine Bible Society has endeavoured to introduce people to the
Bible’s transforming power through all means possible. The celebration is backed up by
Presidential Proclamation No. 124 declared by incumbent President Rodrigo Duterte last
January 5, 2017.

In connection with the celebration, Kasapa Elementary School conducts activities to

commemorate to the said event. During the First week, our faculty and staff initiates to do a
limited film viewing to share and teach pupils some content of the Bible. Throughout the
month, the pupils are also given some memory verse in order for them to encourage that the
verses will be their tool and guide as they progress in this sinful world. At the end of the
month, Advisers conduct some story telling session to practice the pupils listening skills and
teach them the importance of doing good deeds to others.

The Holy Bible is regarded as a powerful book containing timeless principles that
when heeded and obeyed can change a nation for the better.
