From the different activities, what factors seem to
alienate you from being at home with your self-
worth?

Difficulties in relationships with my family make me feel unappreciated


and engaging in activities that don't align with my interests or passions
leave me feeling unfulfilled and, consequently, impact on my sense of self-
worth.
What factors seem to facilitate your reconciliation
with your self-worth?

Stablishing healthy boundaries in relationships and activities helps to


protect my well-being. Knowing when to say no and prioritizing my self-
care to contributes to a more balanced and fulfilling life setting and
achieving personal goals, no matter how small, can boost my confidence
and sense of accomplishment and celebrating my successes, no matter
how minor, contributes to a positive self-image.
What impact did you experience as you move
towards being at home with your self-worth?

I engage more positively with my peers, educators, and others.


What would you consider to stop doing, continue
doing, and start doing , so the process of being at
home with your self -worth may be fully realized?
i stop doing procrastinate because I recognize that procrastination has been a
barrier to my success and personal growth. It's time to take control of my time
and energy. From this moment forward. I start pursuing every opportunity
that comes my way. It's time to step out of my comfort zone, embrace
challenges and i will approach new opportunities with an open mind,
recognizing that growth often comes from experiences that push me beyond
my familiar boundaries. I continue to staying positive and making my loved
ones my priority. In a world filled with challenges, love and positivity are the
anchors that keep us grounded.
