A DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION

I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

A. Identify Non-communicable diseases


B. Recognize the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle to prevent Non-
communicable diseases.
C. Demonstrate proper hand washing to prevent the spread of communicable
diseases.

II. Subject Matter:


Topic: Non-communicable diseases
Learning competency: To be equipped to contribute to the community
health by actively participating in disease prevention and health initiatives.
Materials: Laptop, PowerPoint presentation, visual aids, speaker, chalk,
tape.
