Principal Commissioner of Income Tax-2 has submit that Sri
Sibbadi Venkateswara Rao
S/o S. Tirupati Rao, 1-58/3/2, Madinaguda,
Miyapur, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R. Dist. is an Income Tax Defaulter for a
sum of Rs.
4,13,65,000/-(excluding interest as
applicable).
Further submitted that
during the course of income tax
recovery
proceedings the immovable
properties of Sibbadi
Venkateswara Rao were
attached on 19-09-2016 by issuance of order of
attachment of immovable
property in ITCP No. 16 and a
