Duties & Responsibilities

 Preparation, Execution & Monitoring ,testing and commissioning of all MEP systems
like HVAC ,plumbing ( Drainage & Water supply ) firefighting system, electrical system
low current system as per compliances with plan ,shop drawing ,specification
,standards and schedule
 Analyzing project requirement and reviewing all the project proposals where in
mapping requirements of manpower/material resources in which cost effective
execution as per schedule.
 ESP calculations ,Duct sizing and Duct material selections
 Installations and testing of firefighting sprinkler system ,Fm200 and fire extinguisher
cylinders
 Installation and testing and Commissioning of chilled water system, FCU, AHU, Air
cooled chillers, Exhaust Fans.
  Supervision of all electrical work on site
 Supervision of electrical equipment’s such as Transformers ,Generator, power
distribution Panels ,control panels, lighting fixtures and current system devices
 During installation resolve the conflicts between different system and make as built
drawing with the approval of the consultant before the installation to avoid any
discrepancies.
 Conduction Material Inspection for the received MEP material to meet project
standards specification.
 Inspection of Material Storage to ensure material is properly handled and placed.
 Responsible to get Mechanical & Electrical IFC/AFC drawing, builders work and
coordination drawings for issuing to the site.
 Answering any technical concern raised by the consultant based on project documents.
 Attend Technical and Progress meeting with Direct Supervisor and other member of the
Project Management team to resolve the issue
 Carrying out inspection for opening in concrete slabs for Water, Drainage, HVAC & Fire
Fighting systems, etc. as per approved builders work drawing.
 Responsible for conducting Testing and commissioning of Fire Fighting, Plumbing and
HVAC services.
 Carrying out pre- commissioning & commissioning inspection of the Mep services.
 Conduct walk through with the consultants to make snag list.
 Ensure the consultant’s comments are fulfilled.
 Coordinate with document controller to ensure that all document related are properly
controlled as per QHSE Policy.
 Ensure implementation of QHSE policies
 Participate in Quality Auditing of the project.
 Ensuring safety standard at site.
