4. What did you see when you arrived?
5. You activated your body worn video equipment as you were approaching Mr. Ojutiku,
correct?
6. In the witness statement, you said that you saw the men involved on the other side of
the road, correct?
7. You then moved to arrest them, correct?
8. Did you properly caution them? And your body worn camera was still on right?
9. How would describe the attitude of Mr. Jules? Was his disrespectful or aggressive?
10. Did he oppose resistance when you tried to arrest him? (shove him in the chest and
tried to run away).
11. But you still manage to arrest him, right?
12. He was then arrested and placed in the back of the police van?
