Dear parents,

We are excited to announce that our annual event – ‘Annual Athletic Sports Meet’ will be held in
the month of September as scheduled. It is a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase
their athletic talents and sportsmanship. We also invite students to participate in the drills and
displays that will be held as a part of the cultural extravaganza.

With various displays and events, this sport – meet promises a day filled with excitement, friendly
competition, and team spirit.

Sports has been integrated into Academics. We at BCEHS, believe that both play a vital role in the
holistic development of students.

The Annual Sports Meet for the academic year is scheduled on 20th September 2023.

Parents are requested to make arrangements for the costume , props and shoes for the display.
The requirements are as mentioned and shown below.

LKG-Gleaming Drill

1) Dress code: Navy Blue T shirt , Black Track Pant.

NOTE : Kindly follow the BASE colour for T shirt - NAVY BLUE.

The BASE colour for track pant - BLACK.

School logo is not required.

 2)Props for the Drill – Pom poms (Red color)

Number of pompoms = 2

3)Regular school shoes and socks

NOTE:

The last day to hand over the props to the class teacher is 11/09/2023(Monday) along with the
child's name.
