AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, EFRILL BARREDO YAMBOT, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Binuangan,
Maco, Davao de Oro, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and declare:

That I am the same person who caused the execution of this affidavit;

That I am required by law to declare and submit Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net
worth (SALN) and the disclosure of financial connections or business interests and
identification of relatives within the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity;

That I am likewise required by law to disclose therein the properties of my spouse, hence,
he is required to certify the correctness of such declaration;

That my spouse’s signature, however, cannot be obtained because he is currently

overseas for employment;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to
explain the nonexistence of my spouse’s signature in the SALN.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this January 21, 2022, Tagum
