AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, RICKY ORBINO VILLESENDA, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Purok 10, Villa
Josefa, Bislig, Surigao del Sur, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and declare:

That I am employed as an active member of 28th IB, Philippine Army;

That I am required by law to declare and submit Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net
worth (SALN) and the disclosure of financial connections or business interests and
identification of relatives within the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity;

That the files including my Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth (SALN) dated
2019 was lost by the admin staff after the transfer of files from one Brigade to another;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to
explain the nonexistence of my Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth (SALN).
