VII. OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING

To foster continuity of learning despite of the heat-related suspension of
classes

VIII. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Last April 9, 2024, the undersigned conducted a modular learning
session with his Grade 7 students so that learning shall continue despite the
suspension being raised due to the extreme heat. Since the modules are
given on a weekly basis, the undersigned monitored the progress of learners
in their module assignments. The undersigned made a simple monitoring
tool in Messenger so that, learners shall be notified.
Congruently, being the high school contact person of the SDO
Bulacan AP group, the undersigned attended the Araw ng Kagitingan Online
Program help via MS Teams.

IX. M&E ANALYSIS BASED FROM QATAME TOOLS USED

The undersigned used a self-made monitoring for modular learning.
The extent of implementation shall be catered by the school head using a
separate monitoring tool.
The M&E for the Araw ng Kagitingan Program was catered by the SDO
Bulacan which was given after the program.

X. RECOMMENDATION
This ACR recommends constant monitoring of classes so that effective
learning can happen despite the distance learning modalities taking place
now.
