Topic: Activity-based Teaching Strategy

Insights or Realization:

I gained valuable insights into its effectiveness in enhancing learning outcomes and
engagement. I have come to understand that integrating various activities and hands-on
experiences into teaching can significantly enhance student understanding and application of
knowledge. By allowing students to actively participate in their learning process, I believe it
fosters a deeper level of understanding and encourages critical thinking.

Lessons Learned:

What I learned is the importance of incorporating a variety of activities that cater to different
learning styles and preferences. By diversifying my teaching methods and including activities
such as group discussions, experiments, role-plays, and visual presentations, I can provide my
students with varied opportunities to engage with the content and make connections to real-life
scenarios.

Next Course of Action:

Having acquired these insights, my next course of action is to integrate the activity-based
strategy into my teaching. I plan to incorporate regular activities and interactive sessions into
my lesson plans to encourage active learning and promote student engagement. I will also
make an effort to reflect on each activity's effectiveness and gather feedback from my students
to continuously improve my teaching methods.
