Goals

To address the hot climate in the Philippines, we aim to introduce 'Fruit Salad Ice

Cream' as a unique dessert that is both sweet and cold, offering a healthy alternative. By blending

fruit sweetness with the chill of ice cream, our goal is to provide a refreshing treat that not only

satisfies but also promotes wellness, offering a cool respite from the heat while nourishing both

body and spirit.

Phase 1: Brief Description

Fruit salad ice cream typically includes a mix of fruits like apples, bananas, and mangoes,
combined with sweetened condensed milk and sometimes, evaporated milk. The addition of ice
cream takes this beloved dessert to a whole new level, adding a creamy texture and a delightful
chill that makes it perfect for hot days. Not only does Fruit Salad Ice Cream offer a refreshing
respite from the heat, but it also provides a nutritious option. Fruits are rich in vitamins and
