A compulsory site clarification meeting will be held on Monday, 14 May 2018 from
10h00 at the Lulutho Boardroom.

A plant walk will take place soon after the clarification meeting. It is compulsory for
the attendees to be in possession of the following safety equipment, e.g.

 Safety shoes
 Safety hat
 Earplugs
 Dust mask

In terms of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No.5 of 2000 (PPPFA) the
[80/20] scoring system will be applicable to this tender. Failure to submit a B-BBEE
certificate will result in the tenderer not qualifying for preferential points.
