Job Title: Accounts Manager

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to oversee our accounting and financial processes. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and
financial statements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
2. Bookkeeping: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.Reconcile bank statements and
resolve discrepancies. Manage petty cash transactions.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor and
analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial performance.
4. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. Prepare financial
reports and presentations for management.
5. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
6. Audit Support: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits. Provide necessary
documentation and explanations during audits.
7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
8. Team Management: Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations
and provide feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.


2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
3. Proven experience as an accountant or Accounts Manager in a similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (if applicable).
9. Fluency in English & Comfortable using a computer (Google Sheets, Google Drive)

Technical Skills:

1. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.


2. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
