Subj: REFUSAL OF DRIVERS TO DRIVE

Reporting to you on the incident that happened on September 06 & 07, 2023. I instructed Mr.
Rainbow Octobre to drive for the marketing of cafeteria (September 05) at NVM Mall, Valencia
City, Bukidnon. He refused to drive and told me that “palihug na lang kog pangita lain driver sa
dydo bay kay magtabang ko sa akong unit ogma, kai dili pa gihapon gahawid,, para ma road
test pa namo” referring to the brakes of ISUZU NHR (KAA 3252). I have talked to the head
mechanic of the Engineering shop, Mr. Emmanuel Palma, regarding the status of the said
vehicle and assured me that the vehicle is in top condition being proven by their use of the unit.

Then on Sept 06, I booked the ISUZU NHR and Mr. Rainbow Octobre for Cagayan de Oro trip
with Glyn Acebedo to pick up materials to be used for the upcoming ISO Audit. He again
refused because he said that the vehicle needed a road test. I conferred again with Mr. Palma
regarding this concern and told me otherwise. I asked Mr. Jessie Adrayan thru text to take the
place of Mr. Octobre for the Cagayan de Oro trip, of which he confirmed, but then withdrawn in
the morning.

I am referring this concern to your office for immediate action to avoid mix-ups and disruptions
with travel bookings.
