One day, I envision myself living in my ideal home which would be a modern, luxurious
home with open architecture and lots of natural light.
It will have a lush garden with spacious terraces for enjoying the outdoors.
The ideal spot for my house is will be located in a peaceful area and close to nature, maybe
on the beach or under the mountains.
The perfect time for me to live there is in the spring and summer, when the weather is
warm and clear, so I can enjoy more outdoor activities.
This is a great place to relax and enjoy life. The apartment will have simple but
sophisticated lines, combined with high-quality materials such as wood and glass to create
a classy and cozy living space.
The kitchen and dining area will be designed to facilitate cooking and partying, creating a
highlight for the space to meet and connect with family and friends.
I wish I could be there, where I can enjoy peace and relaxation after the hustle and bustle
of everyday life.
This is the place I call my second home, where my soul is supported and my spirit is
renewed every day.

Imagine you are entering the peaceful atmosphere where my aunt is staying. Her house is a
classic example of a traditional country house.
As soon as I saw the subject, I knew I had to describe this house, one of the most beautiful I
have ever been to.
She lives there with her husband and two children.
Her name is Kieu and she is my mother's cousin.
The house is located in a small village surrounded by rice fields.
The interior of the house is quite cozy and warm.
The walls are painted a light cream color and the wooden floors are beautifully dark polished.
The furniture is old and traditional, with a large wooden table in the kitchen and comfortable
armchairs in the living room.
What I like most about my aunt's house is the peace that surrounds it.
The view from the window is breathtaking and you can hear the birds singing in the morning.
Furthermore, the house is always warm even on the coldest days of winter.
However, there are a few things I don't like is that the internet connection is not very strong
and sometimes it gets very hot.

Topic 2. Leisure and recreation

Imagine a beautiful sunny weekend, everyone gathers at the park to participate in a fun kite
flying match.
The sky was blue without a single cloud, the wind gently blew, creating ideal conditions for
kite flying.
Whole families and groups of friends gathered, each carrying brightly colored and diverse
kites.
While some people were diligently assembling and flying their kites, others were frolicking and
enjoying the fun atmosphere.

One important news I received via text message was about the birth of my cousin.
The time that it was told me in the early hours of the morning, around 4 a.m, from my aunt,
who had just given birth.
Upon seeing the announcement, a wave of anticipation and excitement swept over me.
I quickly opened the message, eager to learn about the newest member of my family.
Reading the words announcing the birth of my cousin filled me with joy and warmth.
Despite the late hour, I couldn't contain my happiness.
I immediately shared this news with my family members, and we all celebrated the arrival of
the newest member of our family.
This message serves as a beautiful reminder of life's precious moments and the bonds that bind
us as a family.
I was deeply moved by this news because receiving it was a touching experience that made me
feel grateful and blessed to witness the beginning of a new life in my family.

+Part 2. Describe an impressive story you heard from other people. You should say:

· who told you this story and explain why you were impressed by it.

Well, to start the story is about my best friend's ex-lover borrowing a large amount of money
but not paying it back.
I heard my best friend talk about it last Saturday.
My friend said that when the two of them were in love, her boyfriend asked her to borrow a
large amount of money and she also lent it to him.
After knowing each other for a while.
She realized that he no longer cared about her and became emotionless and indifferent, no
longer like before.
Feeling like they could no longer be together, she decided to break up.
After breaking up, she asked him to repay the money he borrowed, but he cut off contact and
blocked her phone number.
After this incident, she also learned her own experience.
This story is quite impressive and dramatic because it clearly shows the changes in the
relationships and emotions of the people involved.
She put her trust in the relationship and had to face betrayal from her ex.

A trip that stands out as not going as expected was a weekend getaway to Phan Thiet, a coastal
city in Binh Thuan province, with my boyfriend.
We had planned this trip to escape the city and enjoy nature.
Unfortunately, our trip hit a snag when our car broke down on the way there.
This was disappointing and frustrating, as we had been looking forward to our time away.
However, instead of letting this ruin our plans, we decided to make the best of the situation.
While waiting for help, we explored the nearby area on foot and stumbled upon a beautiful
beach.
We spent the afternoon there, enjoying a picnic and the stunning scenery.
Despite the setback with the car, we managed to have a good time and make the most of our
unexpected adventure.
In hindsight, although the trip didn’t go as planned, it taught me the importance of staying
positive and making the best of any situation.
It also showed me that sometimes the most memorable moments happen when things don’t go
according to plan.

An ideal job I envision for my future is that of a Sales Manager in Vietnam, particularly in
the vibrant and enthusiastic city of Ho Chi Minh City.

revenue growth, and fostering relationships with clients and partners.
To excel in this position, several skills would be essential.
Firstly, strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate my team to meet and exceed sales
targets.
Secondly, effective communication is crucial in sales, I would need to communicate clearly
and persuasively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking is also necessary, as I would need to develop and implement sales

=> Some people dislike outdoor activities due to discomfort from weather, allergies, or fear
of insects. Physical limitations or health concerns may also play a role, while others simply
prefer indoor or urban settings.
4. What are some problem with using public transportation?
=> Common public transportation problems include overcrowding, delays, cleanliness
issues, safety concerns, and limited accessibility, which can vary depending on location and
infrastructure.
5. What skills do we need in order to get a job after graduations?
=> To land a job after graduation, you need academic qualifications, technical skills, and
soft skills such as communication and problem-solving, to be valued by employers.
6. Do you think we should study at university in order to be successful in life?
=>In my opinion, while university education can be valuable, success can also come from
vocational training, entrepreneurship, self-directed learning, or gaining work experience.

7. Is better to travel with family or with friends?
=> Whether to travel with family or friends depends on preferences and trip dynamics.
Family trips offer bonding and shared experiences, while traveling with friends allows for
