Study problem: To recognize of characteristics of Transformational leadership and it's effect on
the leadership behavior for secondary schools managers in future school, ,
Study goals : Elegizing managers ‘conducts of personal properties and vocational values in school
management, to recognize the range of personal
Study questions : The following questions came from study problem .
QI - what are the properties of management behavior which required in future school ?
Q2- In what range these properties of manager's personality aspects correspond with school
managers (Future present)? : ;
Q3 - In what range the vocational leadership properties of school managers
(reality — Future ).
Q4 - In what range the dogmatic aspects of trans formable leadership correspond with behaviors
of school managers (Feal present ~ future) schools,
Q5- Are there differences with statistic & meaning between manager's opinions themselves,
promenades and teachers who work with them in earning managers of ( Vocational,
personal, dogmatic) leadership behavior in real present and future?
Q6- “Are there any statistic different of demographic changes ( experience, scientific degree) on
managers opinions, promenades and teachers toward reality and future of management
behavior of school managers?
Study society : The study group is ( 586) person in Three categories :
1 manager) (45 Assistant in Holy Makka school, (500 teacher ) in percent of (40%) from
the Original society, descriptive style was followed, to ‘achieve the study goals,
questionnaire included (76) phrase divided into three axes which was examined in testing
surface honesty and stabili
Statistic style : To pure data statistically we used the following statistic methods : percents,
repetitions, Arithmetic media, criteria deviation, difference analyses (F) and chafe |
test.
Study results: The study appeared the following results:
1 - The study persons ia fanagers — assistants — teachers ) agree in general form with
correspondence of vocational and personal properties of secondary school managers in over |
middle degree .
2- Study persons ( Managers ~ assistants) agree in general form with correspondence of and it's
importance of vocational, dogmatic behavior in secondary school in high degree. But teachers
sample ) agreed in over middle degree.
3 The study explained thee were statistic, meaning changes between study members (reality and
future) toward correspondence of vocational, personal and dogmatic values with managers and
assistants not teachers.
Study recommendations:
1- ‘The Graduator recommended the necessity of choosing school managers from scientific
degrees to occupy the managerical jobs through several criteria for example (Personal —
vocational and real) aspects, through’ leadership tests which are followed in universities and
training centers.
2- Enlarging the practical courses in course, training centers and introduction for school managers
which help them in recognizing on every new in behavior field of leader ship in general and
transformable leadership in particular with determination of programs which will be achieved
by training centers.
3- We must concentrate on properties of behavioral leadership (Personal ~ vocational —
dogmatic) when choosing .
4- Torhave properties of leading behavior (Personal-vocational dogmatic) in high degree to
achieve the required change,
Suggestions :
Caring about special courses for school_ managers and assistants in the field of :
Self evaluation - Communication with others ( manager- teacher) How to make the work
successful although problems ?, development strategy and it's venation with moral values
(dogmatic), methods of leaders treatment with different interactions, the in notation and
thinking rule in making leaders, How to make the head innovation center, manager is
supervisor, managers, teachers promotion and its relation to moral values. ( dogmatic values).A3)
