1. The product that I have decided to manufacture and market is eco-friendly water bottles.

These are glass bottles, made from borosilicate. I am planning to target Eco- conscious people,
health conscious millennials and fitness entusiasts and fashionistas. The Business plan for the
same is as per succeeding paras.

2. Market Research. The business will commence with a detailed market research to identify
the preferences and buying behaviors of my target group. I shall then identify my focus
audience within this demography, considering factors like age, location, and style preferences.

3. Uniqueness of the Business Idea and product line. The idea is unique since it will appeal
to global environment friendly community. The borosilicate glass is made mainly by combining
boron trioxide and silica which are considered to be environment friendly as they require less
energy to extract and can also be reusable. The special thing about these glasses is that they
are both heat resistant and acid resistant and can withstand the changes in extreme
temperature. They are also transparent and people can look through the glass, in crystal and
clear manner. They are scratch resistant and chip resistant and will not allow liquid or any other
substances to stick which makes it easier to wash. They are durable products which can hold
heat and cold substances for a long period of time. Another quality of borosilicate is that they
are extremely malleable or can be easily shaped into different forms which are way more
complex, than a regular soda lime glass. The lid is made out of oak wood or timber which is eco
friendly as well since timber is a natural carbon sink. It is fire resistant, shrink resistant, water
resistant and visually appealing as well. Some of the bottles can also be made wholly out of
timber itself giving them a unique feature.

4. Target Audience. The products are going to appeal to a large number of target audiences.
It is going to appeal to Eco-Conscious Families, health conscious millennials, fitness
enthusiasts. Vegans, and fashionistas. The products will range from customised solutions to
economical variants to cater for all classes. These will also be decorated with trendy designs to
appeal to the younger generation.

5. Marketing and Brand building. The price of the product is going to be comparatively high
because of the materials used, hence brand building will assume greater importance. The first
step therefore would be to create a brand value and product name. To begin with, the product
name is planned to be catchy particularly with a logo for example Ecoxirious bottles. There will
be then the requirement of defining what sets our product apart from the competition. This will
be unique designs, high-quality materials, sustainability and above all health and environment
friendly This will require planned publicity through all mediums including social media. The
product has to appeal to all classes hence the product line will have products varying from
expensive to economical. For examples, the bottles made completely out of timber will cost less
compared to the bottles that are made of glass and are designed to order.

6. Sales. Once the planning for the marketing and brand building has been done, then we will
decide on where to sell the product. The places that attracts millenials with high purchasing
power would be ideal for retail selling. The luxury retailers in posh markets and malls can be
partnered with for selling high end products. Similarly retailers in general markets can be
partnered for more economical products An attractive and user friendly web site and
e-commerce site will also be developed to compliment both efforts. The site will highlight
product details, craftsmanship, and the story behind each piece.Focus will be on implementing
secure payment options and efficient shipping.

7. Expansion. Once the demand rises, deals and trade agreements will be signed with other
companies for manufacturing parts and with others for providing raw materials. Additional
branches and offices will be required for region specific dealings and monitoring. Various teams
such as PR and Marketing department, human resource management, sales department,
finance department, etc. Will be established for efficient management. The business will have to
remain updated with future requirements. The business will be expanded to other sectors such
as kitchen accessories and dining accessories etc.

8. Customer Experience. The business shall provide excellent customer service and a
seamless buying experience. We will offer a return policy and warranty to build trust.

9. Funding and Financial Planning: Finanancial Planning will have to be detailed and will
include the initial capital required for materials, marketing, and website development. The future
sales forecasts and expenses.

10. Analytics and Feedback. We will have to continuously monitor website analytics and
gather customer feedback to make improvements. We will need to adapt product line and
marketing strategies

11. Legal and Compliance. It shall be ensured that the business shall comply with all legal
requirements, including business permits, taxation, and intellectual property rights.
