Executive Summary
[Helping Hand Charity] is planning to construct a [primary school building] in
[Stamford, Connecticut], as part of its Build a School Project for the year [2022] to
2025]. The cost of the project is estimated to reach [$320,000]. Given to the
previous involvement of [Mr. Hayes], the CEO of [Hayes Group of Companies], in
the charity’s charitable programs, the charity is humbly requesting [Mr. Hayes] if
he could contribute a financial share for this project.

Problem
[Stamford Primary School] is one of the charity’s partners. Currently, the school
cannot accommodate the increasing number of children enrolling in the school.
Given the rising unemployment rate in this city, many parents would prefer this
school since most private schools are quite expensive. If the school stops
accepting enrollees, some children will lose the opportunity to learn essential
skills or knowledge.

Solution
[Helping Hand Charity] finds building a small school to accommodate more
enrollees is crucial for the sake of education. This school building is estimated to
cater [80] more students.
Objectives
The main objectives of this project are the following:

 Avoid the increasing number of out-of-school youths

 Build a school that will be used for many generations

Benefits
The charity will affix the names or company names of the donors in the school
building. Also, the charity will recognize all donors in its [social media pages] and
[website]. With these recognitions, all donors will significantly benefit in terms of
brand recognition or awareness of their product or services.

1.Benefits of Donors
Under this project, all donors must be duly recognized as mentioned under the
Benefits Section of this proposal. No donors of this project can demand a
certain exposure, recognition, or any other benefits since this is a non-profit
project.

2.Fund Terms
Once we receive the funds and the agreement has been signed, the donors
can’t withdraw the fund that they have pledged. Funding this event means that
the donors understand that we will immediately proceed to our next steps for
this project and withdrawal of funds could jeopardize our target goals.

3.Reporting and Closing of the Project

As transparency of the project, we will provide a daily report that details the
progress of the project, including the accumulated expenses. Upon completion
of the project, we will also provide a final report.
