HOW TO UPLOAD FILES AS PICTURES FROM YOUR MOBILE

After logging into the document sharing programme on your mobile:

If you can’t see


everything, we
suggest you
switch to a
landscape view

Switch to landscape

Click the top icon
Upload
2.
EITHER

Click Photo
Library, select the
picture(s) and
click Add

OR

Click Take Photo


or Video, take the
picture and click 3.
Use Photo (repeat Click on Upload
if you need more files
than one picture
of a document)

Your file now
does not have a
relevant name.
So, you must
add the filename
to the
Description box
for ALL files
before clicking
Save Please note:
If the browser you are using doesn’t have
access to your camera, you will not be able to
take a photo.
Either change the settings to give it access, or
go to your camera and take the photo, then
add it by clicking Add Files and then click
Photo Library.
ERROR MESSAGES

If you receive the above Invalid Extension message, please alter the file extension from
.PDF to .pdf and try again.

If you have problems uploading any other file, please send the file to ric@barnes-
educational.co.uk and it will be uploaded for you.

UPLOADING NEWER VERSIONS OF A FILE

Firstly, you need to notify us that the older version needs removing like this:

to replace

Type “OLD” in front
of the filename in
the Description box

Click Save

Now Upload and Save the latest version of the file that you wish the college to see - using
the same filename format.
