Creams
Creams are very good for skin care.
They protect the skin and allow it to
breathe. Also creams are very effective
if you live in bad climatic conditions. It
will help your skin to be flexible,
hedrated and good looking.
Water
Water is also very imortant for taking care of
your skin. Drinking water keeps skin soft and
prevents it from drying out. Also, if you don't
drink a lot of water, wrinkles appear on the
face. With age, under the influence of
ultraviolet light and wrong drinking regime, the
skin loses water in the protein which contained
in the skin and wrinkles appear over time.
Vegatebles and Fruits
To keep your skin looks young
and pleasant, you need a lot of
vegetables and fruits. Because
they contain many vitamins and
minerals :
Vitamin A helps repair and
maintain the health of skin.
Vitamin C protect the skin from
sun damage and pollution.
Minerals make skin elastic and
help heal wounds.
