Settings on the option flag of optional DAR-3000 (Digitex Pro/Evolve) DICOM image
transfer function
On the DAR-3000 (Digitex Pro), it is possible to set the images states and TAG
information for the DICOM image transfer (DICOM STORAGE) by changing settings on
the option flags. If a DAR-3000 display is in trouble on any viewer of another
manufacturer, it can sometimes be improved by employing a setting change. Settings
on the following option flags can be changed at the discretion of a service engineer
working on site:
Shown below is a standard setting “00000000” where all bits are “0” (zero), and
no processing will be carried out.
Bit: 31 ………28│27……….24│23……….20│19……….16│15……….12│11………..8│7………….4│3………….0│
OpFlag 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
To set “the image data will be inversed in the case of negative on Nega/Posi”, “1”
(a dot applies to 1) is set on Bit 23. In short, the option flag will be “00800000”.
Bit:31 ………28│27……….24│23……….20│19……….16│15……….12│11………..8│7………….4│3………….0│
OpFlag 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 3
[Caution]
- The above settings have been confirmed through operation with DicomRec Ver. 2.50
attached to Digitex Pro Ver. 4.42 and so on. However, they may not function with any
software of any version before that.
- As of May 2002, it has been confirmed that the pixel value will not be inversed even
though Bit 23 : “NP_Pixel Value” is set for Nega divisional image when transferred and
that masking is also blacked in Posi state.
