TRANSFORMER RECLAMATION (DISTRIBUTION)

Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is running various projects for welfare of its
employees under Managing Director (PWF). The Foundation is looking for an
individual having dynamic personality with ability / capacity to improve its efficiency.
TENURE
The appointment will be on contract basis initially for one year (extendable subject
to satisfactory performance) upto maximum 03 years or upto the age of 64 years
whichever is earlier.
QUALIFICATION
B.Sc Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) from HEC recognized university.
AGE/ELIGIBILITY
Maximum 62 years / Retired WAPDA / DISCOs / NTDC employees with good
service record.
EXPERIENCE
Four (04) years experience as Superintending Engineer or above positions with
thorough knowledge of working and maintenance of Distribution Transformers of
various capacities.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Result oriented, highly organized and motivated.
• Excellent analytical, writing, communication, technical and interpersonal skills.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Supervision of monthly progress of repairing of Distribution Transformers of all
different capacities
• Control of Administration of Transformer Reclamation (Distribution) Workshop
• Quality repairing of Distribution Transformers of different capacities
• Control/Management of Main Store of Transformer Reclamation (Distribution)
Workshop, Sukkur
• Inspection of Material required for repair of Distribution Transformers
• Billing/recoveries regarding repair of Transformers of different capacities
Expansion of Business with the Corporate Entities
• Suggesting PWF for improving the quality of repairing of Transformers
• Have skills of good relationship & liaison with clients
• Experience and well conversant with the Disposal of Dismantle Material
