for me to express my feelings during the time I’ve used your Shopee Online Retailing. I am very
satisfied with your service from your customer service to your products. However, I would like to
give two pieces of advice for you to improve your service. First, I recommend that you should update
the ordering system in order not to lose customers’ purchase information. Sometimes, I place an order
on your website and the system suddenly loses my purchase information. So, it takes me a lot of time
to place an order on your website again. Second, I think you should hire more employees who can be
responsible for the customer service. When I emailed customer service, I had to wait for a long time
because they respond to my email very late. For two pieces of my advice, I hope you could consider
and improve your Shopee Online Retailing.

information about my business and how ABC University contributes to my success. I majored in
Business Administration at ABC University from 2010 to 2014. During this time, my professors and
lecturers had given me a lot of valuable experience and guidance which were very helpful for my
future study and work. I learned a lot of about business strategies, government policies, and so on.

Nowadays, people tend to work at home rather than going to an office every day because of modern
technology. In my opinion, working at home brings not only advantages but also disadvantages.
Working at home is very convenient, but it is too distracting.
To start with, working at home is very convenient. When people work at their home, they just sit
down and work in their room instead of preparing something for going to work on a daily basis.
Instead of spending a lot of time driving to work or waiting for their bus at the bus station, they can do
other things at that time. They will not be worried about the weather or the traffic jam when they work
at home. People who work at home will not be supervised by their boss or their coworkers. They will
be independent and they can have flexible hours. Clearly, working at home is very convenient.
Although working at home is very convenient, it is too distracting. Because they are not managed by
their manager, they will not focus on their tasks. They will be distracted because of their social media
such as Facebook, Zalo, Messengers, and so on. They can not accomplish their assignments as well as
they can and they will work less productively and efficiently. As a result, their company’s reputation
and quality will be badly affected. For example, Minh, who is my brother, works as an accountant at
FPT Company. Because of the Covid-19 epidemic, he had to work at home. During this time, because
of the shortage of supervisors, he watched films on Youtube while he worked, he made a lot of
mistakes in his tasks and he was criticized by his boss. If he had not worked at home, he would not
have made more errors in his tasks. So, I think the disadvantage of working at home is too distracting.
In conclusion, working at home will bring both positive and negative things to people’s work.
Although working at home is very convenient, it is too distracting.
