Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to ask if there is an empty room for me.

I am writing to complaint about my accommodation and ask for several things.

At the moment I am sharing a room with my roommate. I feel my stuffs always are gone and none of
them left, since I joined this room with her. This is making me very difficult to study. I have kept my
things very tidy and put them/those in drawers and wardrobe closet, but I still lost some of my
things. I have asked her about this, but she didn’t listen to me and didn’t admit that she stole
them/those from me.

There is no answer

There hasn’t been any answer yet

I have tried asking one of school security officers, but there hasn’t been any answer yet until today. I
have a very huge concern about this situation, because I already lost a lot of my items. I will not feel
comfortable to stay with her until the security officer gives me a cctv camera recording.

This situation makes me uncomfortable to stay with her unless the security officer gives me a cctv
camera recording.

I would be appreciated if you could give me a cctv camera recording and an empty room or sharing
with a student who is honest and not kleptomaniac.
