1. 본인은 생활관생으로서 생활관 규정 ․생활수칙 등을 철저히 숙지‧준수할 것임을 서약하며, 만약

이를 어길 시 그에 따른 벌점 처분 및 조치를 받을 수 있음을 알고, 이에 동의합니다. □

2. 본인은 전염성 질환 이환자 및 보균자가 아니며, 생활관 거주기간 동안 전염성 질환 증상 발현 시

지체없이 생활관으로 알리고, 그에 따른 정부 방역 지침 및 생활관의 조치에 성실히 협조할 것을
동의합니다. □

3. 생활관은 특정 다수가 거주하는 공간이므로 언제라도 각종 전염병 감염 또는 해충 발생 위험성에

노출돼 있다는 사실을 인지하고 있고, 확산 방지를 위한 방역 당국이나 생활관 등의 조치(격리,
귀가 조치, 관실 이동 등)로 발생할 수 있는 피해 또는 감염 사실에 대해 생활관으로 어떠한 이의
(보상 요구 등)도 제기할 수 없음에 동의합니다. □

4. 입주 시 짐 이동 등 어떠한 경우라도 외부인을 임의로 생활관 내부로 입실시키는 행위는 생활관

구성원들의 건강과 안전에 심각한 위협이 될 수 있음을 인지하며, 이를 절대 위반하지 않을 것임에
동의합니다. □

5. 본인은 본 생활관 입주와 관련된 공고(신청, 납부, 입주절차 등) 내용을 모두 숙지·확인하였으며,

공고 내용에 동의합니다. □

6. 입주 시 제출한 모든 증빙서류 등은 허위, 위조문서가 아니며 만약 거짓으로 판명 시 입주 취소, 강제

퇴관, 나아가 법적 처벌에 이를 수 있음을 알고 이에 동의합니다. □

7. 상기 사항 위반에 대한 모든 책임은 서약자 본인에게 있음에 동의합니다. □

본인은 생활관 입주 시 위 사항들에 대해 동의하고, 철저히 준수할 것을 서약합니다.

1. I pledge to thoroughly understand and adhere to the dormitory regulations and rules as a
resident. I acknowledge that any violation may result in penalties and actions, and I agree
to accept the consequences, including the imposition of penalty points. □

2. I hereby confirm that I am not currently a patient or carrier of infectious diseases. During
my residence in the dormitory, I agree to promptly inform the dormitory management if I
have any symptoms of infectious diseases. I also pledge to wholeheartedly cooperate with
the relevant Korean government quarantine guidelines and the dormitory's measures in
response to such situations. □

3. Since a dormitory is a space where a certain number of people live, I am aware of the fact that
can be exposed to the risk of various infectious diseases or pest infection at any time. And I am
willing to cooperate with quarantine authorities or dormitories to prevent spread of
infection(quarantine, return home, move, etc.). Also I agree that no objection(compensation, etc.)
can be raised to the dormitory for any damage or infection that may occur as a result. □

4. I recognize that when moving in, and in any case, such as moving luggage, the act of allowing
outsiders to enter the dormitory can be a serious threat to other dormitory members' healthy and
safety. And I agree that I will never violate this. □

5. I have read and confirmed all the details of the notice related to moving into the dormitory
(application, payment, process of move-in, etc.), and I fully agree with them □

6. I agree that all evidentiary documents submitted at the time of moving in are not false or forged
documents, and if they are found to be false, they may lead to cancellation of occupancy, forced
eviction, or further legal punishment. □

7. I agree that the pledge, I am responsible for all violations of the above matters. □
