NSFAS & Direct Let Students

1. To qualify for this promotion, you must:

1.1 Must have a valid 2024 Respublica application, if new the student must complete a Respublica online
application.
1.2 If you are a NSFAS funded student, you must have proof of NSFAS funding.
1.3 Secure room between the 15 March & 2 May 2024.
1.4 To secure your room you must submit proof of vacate notice from your current landlord or pay your
first month rental.
1.5 Check-in by the 2 May 2024.
1.6 The promo is applicable for the 2024 academic year only.

2. What you get?

2.1 All students Pay No Deposit
2.2 All students Pay No Admin Fee
2.3 R1000 Voucher in all room types EXCEPT for the single bedroom

3. Other Notes
3.1 All rooms are quoted per month and per bed.
3.2 Direct let students can only claim their cash back after 2 months from check-in date.
3.3 Should you not meet the above criteria this promotion will be forfeited, and your room will be
unbooked.
3.4 Room availability is on a first come first served basis.
