REF: Appointment of Mr. Caleb Chinyanya as Shiloh Assembly Treasurer

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Reference is made to the above.

This letter serves to advise that Shiloh Assembly Board met on the 22 nd of November and appointed Mr.
Caleb Chinyanya as Assembly Treasurer with immediate effect. Mr Caleb Chinyanya is a Revenue
Officer with Zimra and holds a degree in Statistics and Economics. He has experience in the church
treasury department as a finance committee member.

With the skills and experience that he has, the Assembly Board believes this appointment will maintain
sustainability, development and growth of the Church.

The roles and duties are enshrined within AFM in Zimbabwe constitution to manage the financial
activities of the assembly, forecast all the cash flow points, and ensure there is enough cash to fund the
ongoing projects, and control of the treasury functions including sub committees among others.

Shiloh Assembly Board therefore recommends his appointments to AFM in Zimbabwe Ruwa Provincial
Board.
