 Allocated funds to secure a suitable venue for the event, considering a cost-effective option
that accommodates the expected attendance.
 Included expenses for chairs, tables, and any additional equipment needed for activities and
displays.
2. Decorations and Theming: $1,000
 Dedicated funds to purchase Halloween-themed decorations, props, and signage to create an
engaging atmosphere.
3. Entertainment and Activities: $1,000
 Funds are asided to hire entertainers and organize activities that enhance the event experience
for attendees.
4. Food and Beverages: $1,500
 Includes expenses for beverages, such as water, soft drinks, and themed drinks, ensuring
options for both children and adults.
5. Marketing and Promotion: $800
 Considered investing in targeted advertising, social media promotion, and community
outreach to maximize attendance and participation.
6. Mask Sales Inventory: $3,000
 Dedicated a significant portion of the budget to procure a diverse inventory of masks for sale.
 Invest in a variety of Halloween-themed masks and custom designs related to the Children's
Wish Foundation, appealing to different preferences and age groups.
7. Miscellaneous Expenses: $200

All the Invitations will be provided through mail and Fax to Wealth, Rich and Businessman who
are actively involved in Charity works. Priority is also given to active Social workers and
Government officials.
