Amazon protects its customers, and we know it also protects its sellers who
strictly adhere to Amazon Policies.

We would like to explain to the Amazon Team with the evidence we have that
our customer's claim is untrue and makes a misleading statement;

Our customer placed two separate orders with the same ASIN number on
05/01/2023 in the same time zone. We would like to bring this situation to
your attention;

For the relevant order "Order ID: 249-7809921-2175018" Our customer sent us
a message on February 11, 2023.
In his message, he asked us to check that he did not receive the item and
give a recommendation. Due to our respect for our business and our efforts
to comply with Amazon Policies, we immediately contacted FedEx to request
proof of delivery and responded to our customer's message within 6 hours.

In the answer we gave to our customer, we stated that he bought 4 of the


relevant product in total, each product is 30 mL, and 120 mL of 4 products
is equivalent to 0.12 KG, and in the legal document provided by FedEx, it
is clear that the weight of the products equals the weight of the cargo
package. We have stated that it is indicated. We also shared the Proof of
Delivery with our client.

Package weight is clearly stated in the Regulatory Document provided by


FedEx. In this case, the delivery of 4 products ordered by our customer is
proven with a legal document, the FedEx delivery document.

When the proof of delivery is examined, it is clear and clear that the
package was delivered to the address provided by our customer, not to a
wrong address.

If our customer's claim is true, 4 products should have been delivered to


the wrong address. As declared, it is not possible to deliver only 2
products to the wrong address, as can be seen from the delivery document.
We bring this situation to your attention.

The relevant order was approved and shipped on time with FedEx, an Amazon-
approved carrier, and Cargo Tracking Information was shared with our
customers in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, it was delivered to
our customer much earlier than the promised delivery date.

As a result of the information we have provided, we respectfully request


that the relevant request be re-evaluated and that our ODR rate, which
adversely affects our store health, be corrected.
