1Several procedures are improved, and stakeholders' confidence and trust are raised when new

technology are implemented in schools. The 21st century demands that educational institutions take
into account advancements in the field. In Nueva Ecija, the Philippines, both public and private
educational institutions that have adopted Radio Frequency Identification technology are to be the
subjects of this study's sentiment analysis on the technology's acceptability. In order to enhance the
quality of processes, improve instruction delivery, create a safer and more secure learning environment,
and promote the use of new technologies to improve teaching and learning, the researcher believes that
school administrators and teachers today are more receptive to technological advancement and
integration into education.

2Communication is now quicker and simpler with only a tap of the finger thanks to technology. Parent-
school communication is crucial and extremely difficult in academic institutions. Mutual understanding
demands our best efforts. One concern of parents is whether or not their kids are actually in school
during class time. Lipa City Colleges faces a number of difficulties, one of which is that it is now unable to
promptly notify parents if their children are on or off school property at a specific moment.

3The goal of the project is to monitor attendance intelligently and automatically while also securing
computer labs. It was created at the Computer Laboratory of the College of Computing Studies
Information and Communication Technology at Isabela State University's Cauayan City campus. Because
the system is web-based, any OS platform can use it by supplying the IP Address in a web browser. It can
record instructor and student attendance, create classroom entry records, calculate tardiness and
absences, and provide a comprehensive user interface for its target user's attendance monitoring and
administration. Its ability to save both old and new information could come in handy for security, entry
log history, and future educational purposes.

4In order to achieve academically and develop into valued members of the school community, student
who attend courses on a regular basis have an advantage. Keeping track of their attendance and time at
school is also crucial. Using the Waterfall Model, the researchers created a tool that first was used at the
Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Ragay, Camarines Sur Branch. This tool tracks and records
students' attendance in class for reference purposes.

5In order to monitor teacher attendance records and facilitate frequent class schedule checks at schools,
colleges, and universities, a distributed system application was implemented and presented in this work.
For the faculty's convenience, the researchers created a client RF-ID-based gadget that was placed close
to the classroom. The middleware and database for data storage were installed on the server by the HR
department as well. Every faculty subject and load will be input and kept in the server database at the
start of each semester, which will serve as the foundation for calculating each payoff's remuneration.

6A number of factors need to be taken into account before compiling a list of courses for a particular
student to enroll in, including their deficiencies and prerequisites, as well as the total number of units
permitted for each year level. This makes student evaluation one of the crucial enrollment processes that
is typically prone to human error. This led to the development of a system that is safe, functional, stores
student academic records effectively, and automatically generates a responsible student evaluation (list
of courses) through the use of curriculum mapping. Additionally, the system was designed to reduce the
possibility of human error and to provide an accurate and efficient list of courses that a specific student
should take each semester. Moreover, a kiosk with access to student records has been designed.
7With passive Radio Frequency ID (RFID) security features and an inventory system, an automated
laboratory asset is being developed in this study. When logging in and out of borrowed equipment for
both laboratory and non-laboratory sessions, as well as research classes, the RFID and bar code are
utilized together. Reduced dispensing time is achieved using the automated system. Personnel with
authorization can effortlessly create and retrieve reports on equipment utilization and inventory in real
time.

8This study aims to use mobile and cloud-based notification services to detect truancy in students and
notify the concerned party in a real-time basis. Attendance logs are captured by radio-frequency
identification (RFID) scanners at the entrance and exit gates of the campus. Students’ identification cards
are embedded with a chip that uses radio frequency to communicate data to a reader. The mobile
application pulls data from the database through a web service to reflect whether or not the student
gets inside the campus. The presence of the students in their respective classes is further checked by the
faculty through a user interface. Parents and sponsors can check, at real-time, the presence of the
students in the campus as well as in their classes. The system uses cloud-based notification systems
known as Google Cloud Messaging for Android (GCM) to handle new information promptly. Parents are
notified right away of their children's infractions, missing courses, and class suspensions.

9Quick Response (QR) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) are the smart security systems utilized
in this study. Students' academic paper compilation process can be made easier and late submissions can
be prevented with the use of the smart guarded pigeon-hole locker. By using the Python programming
language to control the solenoid and electromagnetic locks of the smart pigeonhole locker, the system's
design was able to meet the researchers' objectives. This study was carried out at Malayan Colleges
Laguna with the intention of benefiting the college's faculty and students.

10Automated attendance tracking may be more efficient than manual tracking. The manual process of
marking attendance is not always efficient because it takes more time to organize records and figure out
each student's average attendance. Attendance verification by hand can be laborious, erratic, and error-
prone. Because individuals are fallible, there's a chance that when manually verifying attendance,
someone can inadvertently switch out information, leading to inconsistent data entry or handwritten
orders. To address the aforementioned issue, researchers created an application called RFID based
Attendance recorder with SMS alert System, which enables computerized attendance tracking of SHS
students in CVCITC.

11Several people have embraced the new technological trend because of its benefits. A system that
addresses student absenteeism that is created in various ways across the globe is the attendance
tracking system. The key to encouraging students' awareness, focus, and motivation in learning how to
solve problems—especially those that arise in their daily lives—is to incorporate technological
inventions. Students can use the scanner to scan their Identity Barcode, which is then stored in the
database and used to send a text message (SMS) to their parents via the Global System for Mobile
Communications (GSM) network regarding the specific subjects or events their child is enrolled in, along
with the time and date of the note-taking. The time spent in and out of classes by subject, semester,
course, and even school event will be included in the attendance record that this system will also
produce.

12Any system devices connected to the internet are considered part of the Internet of Things concept
for the purposes of this article. A physical system that interacts with the interface and assembles data is
embedded with equipment, sensors, and programming. An electromagnetic field produced by an
equipment called Radio-Frequency Identification allows it to detect and follow a protest with certain
labels. Electronically stored data can be found in the tags listed below. RFID technology and the Internet
of Things were used by the board structure to verify the customer's involvement. The executive
structure's involvement and the RFID are physically connected. The client is making use of the following
labels to provide distinctive evidence information. We analyze it using the RFID, and the data is
intrinsically stored on the executive's framework participation.

13Among the greatest methods for monitoring student entrance and out is RFID. In addition to being
convenient, it will help the parent-teacher relationship by enabling them to remotely monitor and record
the student's academic progress. It applies to the module for employees. Tapping the RFID will disclose
their time in and out. This will track their attendance automatically and simplify the process of
calculating their income depending on the type of work they do, whether it be part-time or full-time.
They will be paid a daily rate if they work full-time, and an hourly rate if they only work part-time. First
things first, prospective students must enroll and complete a registration form at Saint John Academy of
Visual and Performing Arts. Administrators will provide RFIDs to employees upon registration if they do
not currently have one. If an employee or student experiences problems with their accounts, they will
also be held responsible. Moreover, the administrator can monitor their real time in and out.

14Every firm should consider the strategic value of attendance tracking. Paper-based attendance
monitoring has been replaced with biometrics, Bluetooth, smart technologies, radio-frequency
identification, Internet of Things, cloud computing, or face recognition technology. Tempus is an
automatic attendance tracking system that processes data in real time using IoT capabilities, recognizes
faces using facial recognition technology, and outputs data on mobile platforms that are portable.

15As a crucial component of education, the guidance service concentrates on student programs and
services that may be important to their best possible outcome in life. The student records that their
office gathers are utilized to better understand each individual and to improve the counseling process. In
order to meet students' requirements on an academic, professional, social, and personal level, guidance
and counseling are crucial. In order to support their needs in recording, maintaining, and managing the
cumulative records of the students, as well as tendered admission slips of the students to monitor their
attendance and referred incident reports by teachers for their observed behavior inside the school,
Guidance Records Management System with Short Message Service (SMS) Notification was developed.
