This meeting is to talk about our project PET SPACE for the first time.
During this meeting, we will figure out our target consumers, market
share, and highlights of our PET SPACE.

We did research about 3 year’s economy development condition of


Australia, addressing some articles about economy forecast. Our

According to our research and analysis, the economy is not good,

Our project will be made of 2 parts: Website and App. App will be ISO
and android. Attendee talks about the technology requirements of our
business, and gave out the time-plan for website and app.

CONCLUSIONS Our Team is able to build the website and app

the early stage. Need more test and programming engineer to
participate in in the future. Better user experience will be meet for our

We did the research and do the calculation of the customer we would
have in the first three years. And we estimated the regular customer
number. We also interview some pet owners about their needs for pet
services.

CONCLUSIONS Huge market and in great need
According to the research we have around 24 million pet owners and
assuming at least one fifth of them download our app and use our
website we would have at least 5 million users in the first three years.
Besides, our website not only designed for cats or dogs but also for
people who keep minority kind of pets.

 Our project is PetSpace, which aims to build a platform for pet lovers. Any
