Meeting Objective:
This meeting is to talk about our project PET SPACE for the first time.
During this meeting, we will figure out our target consumers, market
share, and highlights of our PET SPACE.
All the team members will be participating in discussion about
Market, Finance, Technology and Future plan.
At the end, we hope to make an agreement on all decisions. Each
team member will be assigned difference duty of this project. We
will make further negotiation in the next meeting on week 22.

TOPIC Introduction of project
This meeting is to talk about our project: Pet Apace. A platform for all
pet lovers to share and communication everything about pets. In this
meeting, we have 8 topics to discuss and made the first decision of
each topics. Then the second meeting will be held next week for final
decision before the start of our project
Our project will be made of 2 parts: Website and App. App will be ISO
and android. Attendee talks about the technology requirements of our
business, and gave out the time-plan for website and app.

Firstly, our project is focus in CBD arears in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, etc.
Then, we going to extend to the whole Australia areas.
The higher residential population density, the more pets will be.

Customers. Pet lovers and owners will get pet-related information about pets.
Customers can share and communication with each other. They will build pet
profiles to take care of their pets.
Founders. Founders of the PetBook will get profit from this app/website
Investors. The investors will share the profit from PetBook
Pet-related businesses and organizations. They will get more chances to
attractive customers and will get actual feedbacks. The organizations will have
the platform to create pet-related activities.
Animal government. PetBook will promote official pet legal services. Also it
maybe a new way to manage pets.
