conducted over three days, from April 15 to April 17.

Purpose of the Study:


The purpose of this study is to explore the potential benefits of mindfulness meditation on cognitive
performance in senior high school students. By comparing the results between a control group and an
experimental group, the study aims to determine whether mindfulness meditation has a measurable
impact on cognitive abilities.

Procedure:
- Your child will take a pre-test on April 15 and a post-test on April 17.
- No other activities will be required from your child during the study period.
- Will receive a token of appreciation for their participation in the study.

Confidentiality:
Your child's participation in the study will be kept confidential. Their responses and data will be
anonymized, and only the research team will have access to the data.

Voluntary Participation:
Participation in this study is voluntary. You and your child have the right to withdraw from the study at
any time without any penalty.
