Objectives:
• To learn the analytics techniques in making operations and supply chain related decisions.
• To provide hands on training to the students regarding implementation of operations
related analytics techniques using Excel Solver
• Learn how to apply frameworks and models to contextualize and configure a supply
chain
• 4. Build a comprehensive understanding of supply chain measures and be able to develop
supply chain reports and dashboards.
Outcomes:
After completion of this course, students would be able to-
• Understand, collate and analyse supply chain data (intrinsic and extrinsic) to improve
performance.
• Analyze, Evaluate and build Supply chain models in transportation, locations, ordering &
waiting line models etc.
• Apply analytics and technology levers in modern supply chains
• use appropriate supply chain performance measures and create Supply chain dash-boards
