school MOOE/local funds subject to the usual auditing and accounting rules and

Calendar Year 2023

Participants: School Head and Teaching Personnel of the School
Activity Description Scholl Technical Assistance is designed as any form of professional
help, guidance or support for the teachers to be more effective in the
performance of their functions.
Objectives The following were the specific objectives on the conduct of the
activity:
a. To monitor and evaluate the teachers’ performances.
b. Identify the teachers’ strengths and weaknesses that needs room for
improvement.
c. provide timely technical assistance to the teachers on the areas that
needs impovements
d. enables the teachers to improve their instruction methods and
personalize learnings
Highlights of the Activity In the conduct of the activity, the teachers were:
(in narrative/bullet form) Clearly informed ahead duly scheduled for classroom
observation ang technical assistance provision.
It was facilitated by the school principal before, during and
after the classroom observation process with proper
observation on the guidelines set.
After each teacher was observed, friendly feedbacks were given
and discussed based on the performances of the teacher.
Coaching then follows and the plan for progress.
Final, Summative Evaluation and Technical Assistance follows.
