CONDUCT OF QUARTER 3 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVISION FOR TEACHERS

To: Teaching Personnel of Jalas Elementary School SMEAT

1. This office announces the conduct of Quarter 1 School Assistance for Techers on July 7,
2023 in each of the teacher’s respective classroom on their assigned date.

2. The objectives of this activity are:

2.1 Observe how teachers applies knowledge of content within and across curriculum
teaching area
2.2 Observe how teacher manages the classroom structure to engage learner,
individually or in groups in a meaningful exploration, discovery and hands on
activities
2.3 Mentor the teacher on how to plan manage and implement developmentally
sequential teaching and learning processes to meet curriculum requirements and
varied teaching contexts.
2.4 Provide timely technical assistance on the areas that needs improvements.

3. Participants to this activity are all the teaching personnel of the school.
4. Expenses incurred relative to the conduct of this activity will be charged against the
school MOOE/local funds subject to the usual auditing and accounting rules and
regulations

5. Immediate dissemination and STRICT COMPLIANCE with this memorandum are

desired.

Activity Description Scholl Technical Assistance is designed as any form of professional
help, guidance or support for the teachers to be more effective in the
performance of their functions.

Objectives The following were the specific objectives on the conduct of the
activity:
a. To monitor and evaluate the teachers’ performances.
b. Identify the teachers’ strengths and weaknesses that needs room for
improvement.
c. provide timely technical assistance to the teachers on the areas that
needs impovements
d. enables the teachers to improve their instruction methods and
personalize learnings

Highlights of the Activity In the conduct of the activity, the teachers were:
(in narrative/bullet form)  Clearly informed ahead duly scheduled for classroom
observation ang technical assistance provision.
 It was facilitated by the school principal before, during and
after the classroom observation process with proper
observation on the guidelines set.
 After each teacher was observed, friendly feedbacks were given
and discussed based on the performances of the teacher.
 Coaching then follows and the plan for progress.
 Final, Summative Evaluation and Technical Assistance follows.
