KEY PROJECTS
Salesforce Project
Worked with the US counterparts to transition manual reviewing of documents( Receipts, bills etc) onto Salesforce
in order to automate reimbursements for professionals traveling for interviews. Helped in cutting down the labor
cost by almost 50 percentage as it stopped shipping of receipts, auto approvals & setting limits/rules while claiming
reimbursements which helped in cutting down headcount need.

FieldGlass Implementation

Was part of the Core team that handled the transition of contractor’s timesheet billing from Ariba to FieldGlass.
Apart from moving the billing, we moved the whole lifecycle of contractors, from onboarding to exit which is all
being done on FieldGlass now. Worked on the change control document and effort analysis study.

ServiceNow Transition

Worked in the administrator team to help transition manual Mailbox queries to ticket based system for Talent
development and referral program onto ServiceNow. Worked with Consultants to identify the defects by testing the
beta version, facilitated sessions on how to navigate through the tool and working with the ServiceNow team to
raise any defects that the team comes across after the launch.
