Job Title: Educational Events Associate

Location: Delhi

Duration: Full time

Office Hours: Monday to Friday- 09:00-17:00 hrs (5 days a week/40 Hours) with flexibility of evening
and weekend meetings and periodic travel within the country.

Key Functions

 Support all aspects of pan-India training program.


 Update and maintain all records and databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and partner
information.
 Communicate in a helpful and professional manner with all associates, partners, and registrants.
 Prepare event packets, training, and equipment.
 Responsible for logistics, procurement, and vendors.
 As requested, act as a point of contact for gathering and distribution of information to include
contacting families and accepting RSVPs for meetings and events.
 Perform work related errands as requested by the supervisor and program team.
 Perform file and data entry tasks as assigned.
 Organize travel arrangements for staff, faculty, and workshop/training/conference participants.
 Manage day to day event duties.
 Develop and maintain all event related systems such as marketing, registration, participant
preparation, contact lists, equipment inventory, travel and stay arrangements, and follow-up.
 Perform other financial and administrative tasks as needed and as directed by the supervisor.

Other Duties:

 Develop knowledge of all Keystone’s services and be able to answer questions and build
community support for the organization.
 Maintain professional image of Keystone through actions, work, and demeanour.
 Attend meetings and take minutes as requested.
 Provide administrative, logistic, and direct support to assure that all needed tasks are
successfully completed.
 Apply the organizations’ vision, mission, and values into all aspects of the position, and
communicate these to other employees and external parties effectively.
 Maintain professional and respectful relationships with community members, volunteers, co-
workers, and agency participants.
 Assure that files, records, and information are maintained and up to date.
 Remain up to date with best practices and pursue opportunities for continued professional
development.
 Assure that all laws, regulations, contractual obligations, policies, and procedures are followed.

Desired Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed University or Institute.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in similar position.

Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, sound interpersonal and
instructional abilities, knowledge of excel, online meeting applications such as zoom/Teams etc.;
ability to work within a multidisciplinary team whose members have diverse backgrounds.

Ability to respond to deadlines, set priorities, and work in a focused manner.

Compensation: INR 45,000.00 (Forty-Five Thousand Only) pm plus benefits.

Duration: This is a regular full-time position, with a probation period of six months.
